CMake: use blender_include_dirs("${OPENGL_INCLUDE_DIR}") rather then blender_include_dirs(${OPENGL_INCLUDE_DIR})
Apparently this is needed for MSVC in some cases, reported by Tamito Kajiyama r33895.
