In ad85256e71 the "Show Group Colors" option was changed from a
per-editor option to a user preference. Since so many people wanted to
turn this option off, this makes sense. However, this move caused some
confusion because the option was just gone from the menu.
This commit adds a dummy menu item. It's disabled, and the tooltip
explains that the option can now be found in Preferences.
T83390 was created to track the removal of these hints.

We already had the ability to bake fcurves but no way to convert the
baked result back without using python. This patch adds and operator
that is available now next to the bake operator in the drop down menu,

Add "Selection to" as prefix for those menu items that move the selected
keyframes to something, for both the Key → Snap menu and the Shift+S pie
menu.
No functional changes.
Add operator to snap the 2D Cursor value to selected keyframes. This is
doing almost the same as the "Cursor to Selected" operator, except that
it doesn't affect the current frame, just the Y-coordinate (the value)
of the 2D cursor.
The "snap cursor" operators are added to the Key → Snap menu and to the
Snap pie menu. This means that these menus are now extended in meaning,
to not only mean "snap the selected keyframes to the cursor", but also
for some options "snap the cursor to selected keyframes".
This fixes T76596.
Fixes T78346.
The shortcut display and change code is context sensitive. To make it
work correctly the context needs to be set properly.
When executing operators from the dropdowns, the active region is the
header, but the shortcut handlers are set for the main region. So make
sure that is used instead.
This also sets the main region active for context menu operators, where
this issue shouldn't be present. Doing it anyway shouldn't hurt though
and fixes this issue in case somebody displays the context menu in the
header as dropdown too.
Previously the decimation would take the whole curve into account when
decimating and not just the selected part.
This also contains various smaller bug fixes for the fcurve decimation.

Instead of having the option to show marker lines,
make the marker region optional.
- Added a Show Markers entry in the View menu of the animation editors.
- If the markers region is not active then the Marker menu gets hidden.
- Removed marker menu from the driver editor
and don't allow to use marker operators.
This option was doing nothing in Blender 2.80.
I don't really see a reason for keeping it around.

A few icons were missed in the last update.
- Added dedicated icon for showing hidden objects in the Graph Editor
- Added new, more descriptive icon for F-Curve snapshots
- Tweaks for Toggle Full Screen and Collections icons
This should be the final set for 2.80.
Thanks to Andrzej Ambroż for contributing this icon set.
Each space had separate operators, duplicating logic.
Use RNA properties instead so adding the ability to toggle other
region types (floating redo region for eg) doesn't need to have an
extra operator per space type.
It's also nicer to show a check-box for something which can be toggled.
In keeping with convention to match code & UI naming.
- No user visible changes.
- Include 'menu' in the name since context is an overloaded term.
- While a few of these are panels, from a user perspective they are
still context menus.
-The pivot point and orientation of any transform are strongly related
-It matches the comma-key and period-key on the keyboard who are neighbours
-We get slightly nicer grouping this way, with the two axis-related options on the left and the two toggles on the right

* Move all copy & paste operators into the menus. There was no real reason
why these particular operators should be in the header and not in the menus,
like all other operators
* Move ‘Update Automatically’ toggle from UV/Image Editor header into menu.
* Move the pin toggle next to the ID blocks, because it is related.
* Move OpenGL render from sequence header into View menu.
* Sequence editor display mode and channels are now not expanded.
* Proportional pie menu at shift+O.
* Snap pie menu at shift+S.
* Pivot pie menu at comma. Previous comma, ctrl+comma, period
and ctrl+period shortcuts for specific pivot types were removed.

This commit is an experiment in using popovers as a place to house some
of the filtering options for animation editors, in line with what's taking
place in the Outliner with the filtering popover there too.
Right now, the most frequently used/changed options are still available
on the headers (i.e. the "Only Selected"/"Hidden"/search fields), while
everything else (i.e. the per-datablock filters, which were already hidden
behind a collapsed-toggle button before) now live in the popover.
- Added flexible separators to
Clip, Graph, Dopesheet, Image, Node, Timeline, 3D View.
- Added graying out for Proportional Editing
menus to avoid popping when right-aligned.
- Slightly re-arranged some controls,
so they can be on correct side of the separators.
