- A richer Problem API.
- DynamicNumericDiffCostFunction.
- Faster ITERATIVE_SCHUR solver.
- Faster SCHUR_JACOBI preconditioner.
- Faster Jacobian evaluation.
- Faster visibility based preconditioning using single linkage clustering.

Also re-wrote rules for unordered collections detection,
should work on all platforms and compilers now :)
