Also check that this bug cause (with some window manager) that blender work really bad, for example change from one area to another with a popup menu open make the view hmhm "blink" (show and unshow the menu when you move the mouse) and when you return the menu is open.. also other things that now work fine.

In the 2.28a release those are the .Blanguages file containing a list of translations, the translations themselves and a default ttf font. Blender checks for the presence of this directory in several locations: - the current directory - your home directory - On OSX, the blender bundle is also checked - On Windows, the installation dir is checked.
